There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHJR 13(MLV) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHJR 13(MLV) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHJR 13(MLV) pass the House?"
